1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KeepCloud platform, operated by ROXLI (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
KeepCloud provides a unified interface that enables users to connect, access, manage, and organize data stored across multiple third-party cloud storage providers.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
2. Definitions
For clarity within this Agreement:
“Services” refers to all KeepCloud applications, APIs, dashboards, and related systems.
“User” refers to any individual or entity using the Services.
“Third-Party Services” refers to platforms such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, etc.
“Content” refers to files, data, and materials accessed or managed via KeepCloud.
3. Eligibility
To use KeepCloud:
You must be at least 13 years of age.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
If using on behalf of an organization, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
4. Account Registration & Security
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
5. Nature of the Service
KeepCloud acts as a connection and orchestration layer, not a storage provider.

KeepCloud handles the routing, but the raw data remains strictly in your native cloud providers.
We do not replace your cloud providers.
We do not assume ownership of your data.
We only facilitate access and management of your existing cloud resources.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
6.1 Illegal Use
Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Store or distribute illegal content.
6.2 Security Violations
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload systems.
Circumvent authentication or rate limits.
6.3 Abuse of Platform
Reverse engineer or exploit the system.
Use automation to abuse APIs.
6.4 Misrepresentation
Impersonate individuals or entities.
Mislead other users.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
7. Third-Party Services & Integrations
KeepCloud integrates with third-party providers via secure APIs.
Important Clarifications:
We are independent of Google, Microsoft, etc.
Your relationship with those providers remains separate.
Their terms and policies apply independently.
Access & Permissions:
We request only necessary permissions.
You can revoke access anytime.
We are not responsible for:
Downtime of third-party services.
Data loss caused by external providers.
8. Intellectual Property Rights

Branding
Infrastructure
belong exclusively to ROXLI.

You retain full ownership of:

Content
Cloud data
KeepCloud does not claim ownership or licensing rights over your data.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue services
Introduce new features
Change pricing (if applicable in future)
We do not guarantee:
Continuous uptime
Error-free operation
10. Data Handling & Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Key principles:
We do not permanently store your files
Data remains within your original cloud providers
Access is temporary and user-controlled
11. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the platform
Required by legal authorities
You may terminate your account anytime.
Upon termination:
Access is revoked immediately
Data deletion follows Privacy Policy timelines
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
We disclaim all warranties including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Availability or reliability
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
ROXLI shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or business
System downtime or interruptions
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any).

Internet outages

Cyber attacks beyond reasonable control
